Broken Trust indeed! This one took a turn I was not expecting! There was a little bully romance in this one that I didn’t hate, but my poor Riley!
I think this book really focuses a lot on the guys. Obviously, Beck and Riley are still at the center of it all, but in this one, Riley forms her own connections with the guys, which I loved seeing. I also spent a lot of this book wishing it was a reverse harem, but that’s not the first time that’s happened.
The mystery is still going strong, and this book starts to introduce you to all the players involved. We find out more about Delta and its history. There is a lot that happened from a plot perspective in this book. But as I mentioned, Riley still manages to connect with the guys. I love how Tate and Jaymin can move the plot forward and still have some significant character development!
The series is just getting better, and I can’t wait for the next one.
