Synopsis
Tiernan de Haas doesn’t care about anything anymore. The only child of a film producer and his starlet wife, she’s grown up with wealth and privilege but not love or guidance. Review
Credence is one of those books that is definitely not for everyone. It’s pseudo-incest, and while I wouldn’t call it reverse harem, but there is sex with multiple partners.
Credence was one of those books that wasn’t so much recommended as much as someone told me that I needed to read it because it was so crazy. It certainly was, and while I enjoyed it, it didn’t seem very romantic to me.
I don’t want to give anything away, but I didn’t get it. There were some parts I did enjoy. In fact, there was one particular scene I enjoyed very much. However, it didn’t make up for the way the book ended. Did I understand the point of it? Yes, completely, but I would have liked a little more explanation of why.
Overall I enjoyed reading this. I liked the characters for the most part and found the story to be interesting. But the lack of romance turned me off a little.
