Review

This is my second Whitney G book, also known as Mr. Weston,  and it was just as hot as the first one.  There is no other way to say it, Jake is an asshole.  He’s cold and callus and I probably fell into the same trap that Gillian did, I wanted to know why.  Though this book at its heart is a romance, there is also an element of mystery that helps keep the story moving and the reader engaged.

I liked Gillian, though I did feel like she let people walk all over her, especially her family.  Seeing how she was able to hold her own with Jake I was confused why she couldn’t tell her horrible family to just go away.

If you want a nice cute romance, this isn’t for you, but if you like a strong alpha male with some serious baggage then you should check this one out.
