Review
The Deal didn’t quite end up where I thought it would. I think I just didn’t give this book enough credit. I just didn’t expect the character growth that this book provided. It was very interesting watching both Stefan and Tori figure out each other and their marriage.
There were certainly times when Tori got on my nerves, especially as the main narrator. This also brings up that I would have liked to have a little more of Stefan’s POV in this book. As I mentioned both characters grew especially Stefan and especially near the end of the book, I was pleasantly surprised by that growth.
The big twist was easy to see coming, and this book does end in a cliffhanger. I am definitely intrigued enough to continue reading to see what will happen next.
